What We Provide
Agent NOVA:
Verifies every order with overhead cameras and AI. Alerts your team to missing items in real-time.
Agent ARES:
Automatically disputes fraudulent refund claims with video evidence. Works 24/7 without manager involvement.
Platform:
Dashboard, analytics, integrations with POS and delivery platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Give us access to install hardware
- Maintain internet connectivity
- Use Services legally and appropriately
- Pay subscription fees on time
Subscription & Billing
- Monthly subscription charged in advance
- Pricing per location as shown on our website
- No refunds for partial months
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice
- You're responsible for taxes
Hardware
- We provide cameras, tablets, and mounting equipment
- Professional installation included
- Hardware remains Aldente AI property
- Must be returned in good condition if you cancel
- Damage or loss may result in charges
Your Data & Our Technology
You Own:
Your restaurant data, video footage, order information.
We Own:
Our software, AI models, algorithms, platform, trademarks.
We Can:
Use anonymized data to improve our Services.
You Can't:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell our technology.
Service Standards
- We aim for 99.9% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Emergency maintenance when necessary
- Support available 24/7
What We Don't Promise
- 100% AI accuracy (we aim for 95%+)
- Every dispute will be won (platforms make final decisions)
- Uninterrupted service (technology can fail)
- Compatibility with all future third-party updates
Our Liability Limits
- Total liability capped at 12 months of fees you paid
- Not liable for lost profits or indirect damages
- Not responsible for third-party service failures
- Not liable for your misuse of Services
Prohibited Activities
Don't:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Hack or interfere with our systems
- Share your account credentials
- Use Services for competitive analysis
- Tamper with video evidence
- Fraudulently manipulate data
Third-Party Services
We integrate with POS systems and delivery platforms. You're responsible for:
- Maintaining those accounts
- Their terms and fees
- Any issues they cause
We're not responsible for their performance or changes.
Ending Your Subscription
You Can Cancel:
Anytime with 30 days' notice. No refunds for current month.
We Can Terminate:
Immediately if you violate Terms, or with 30 days' notice otherwise.
What Happens:
Access stops, return hardware within 30 days, we delete your data per Privacy Policy.
Disputes Between Us
- First, try to resolve informally by emailing legal@aldenteai.com
- If that fails, binding arbitration (not court)
- Arbitration in English, using American Arbitration Association rules
- Individual disputes only—no class actions
- Governed by US law
General Terms
- These Terms are the entire agreement
- We may update Terms with notice
- If one provision is invalid, others remain
- Not enforcing a term doesn't waive our right to enforce later
- You can't transfer your account without permission
