These terms apply to aldenteai.com (the “website”), run by Aldente AI (“Aldente”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

If you use the website on behalf of a company, you accept these terms for it and confirm that you are allowed to do so.

The website explains what Aldente does and lets you book a call or contact us.

Aldo, Aldente Verify and Aldente Vision (the “services”) are provided under a separate agreement or order form between your business and Aldente. That agreement governs your use of the services. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Product descriptions on the website are general information, not an offer or a commitment. What we provide is set out in your agreement.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

You may browse the website, share links to it and use its content to learn about Aldente. When you use it, do not:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights
• try to get unauthorised access to the website, our systems or anyone’s data
• disrupt or overload the website, or upload malicious code
• copy or scrape the website in bulk, except for search engines indexing it
• pretend to be Aldente, or use our content to mislead people
• send us information you have no right to share

We may block access to the website for anyone who breaks these rules.

Aldente owns or licenses the website and everything on it, including its text, design, images, video and code. Except as these terms allow, you may not copy, change or reuse it without our written permission.

“Aldente”, “Aldente AI”, “Aldo”, “Aldente Verify”, “Aldente Vision” and our logos are our names and marks. Do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you, or that could confuse people.

Other companies’ names and logos on the website, such as those of customers and integrations, belong to their owners.

The website uses or links to services run by others. The demo page uses Calendly to book calls, and our LinkedIn link opens LinkedIn.

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

We may change or remove content, or stop running parts of the website, at any time. Any warranties for the services are set out in your agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Aldente is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website, or from being unable to use it. This includes indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability for the services is set out in your agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the law, and disputes are decided by the courts, named in your agreement with us. If there is no agreement, the law and courts of the place where Aldente AI is established apply.

This does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
